We were at the dealership to get a part installed that was missing when we purchased our new Buick. Their customer service was very good.

Grant does a great job

Made an appointment at 1pm through the my gmc app, have always done this in the past, this time I showed up for my appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment and to come back later. I rescheduled for 4pm, was running 5 minutes late and they switched my time for someone else at 4:30. I told the advisor I had to be out by 5 and didn’t leave until 5:10.

Jury is still out haven’t driven my vehicle enough to see if you repaired it

Everything was exceptional except the trade in value for my vehicle was a large disappointment.
