Husband took my car in for oil change and to change engine and cabin filter. Also got tire rotation. I purchased this car less than a year ago from this dealership and had not used either of the two covered maintenance visits. Not only did they charge for the oil change and tire rotation which should've been free but also said the oil plug looked worse for wear so replaced it without checking. Unsure how it could look so bad when they would've done full inspection before selling and i put fewer miles than average on this car since purchase as I live 2 miles from work. The car only has 19000 miles on it. When calling to address the charge for the covered maintenance of oil change and tire rotation, the person I talked to couldn't help me except to still be able to use them next time ( person stated it would show on my service record which why didn't it this time?) and I was redirected to someone else when requesting the refund. Was only able to leave a voicemail and still no return call. This has happened in prior instances in warranty dealings. Took 3 weeks of multiple calls to talk to someone. Beyond that I was shocked at the labor charge for a less than 5 minute cabin filter replacement. I understand that's within the average, but when you're getting multiple things done and getting charged hourly labor rates on all four it's a bit ridiculous. There are 2 screws now laying on my passenger floor mat that match the ones that are used for my vehicle's cabin filter. I only hope there's some where they belong. Overall just a difficult process for simple maintenance. My husband and I have both purchased a car there in the last couple of years and we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

They figured out what was wrong with the truck had the parts on hand to fix it I just wish they had more loner car when service getting done
