Matt found the truck I was looking for and had it there in less than a day! When I picked it up, I was there for just over an hour. Things couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I got my oil changed and my car was picked up and brought back. I would have given 5 stars if my car had gotten washed, I thought that was part of the oil change, I was a little disappointed

Best new vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had and this was the 21st new vehicle I bought in my life. Easily agreed on the price for the new vehicle and the value of my trade. Got the EXACT vehicle I wanted. Communication was awesome. I dealt with 2 people in sales and 1 in finance and all treated me with respect, being informative, but no pressure. It was a 3 hour drive to get there, but I’ll probably do it again when I have another vehicle to trade in the next 3 or 4 years. The small team I worked with at Richardson were all on top of there game. Thanks for making the whole process a pleasure.
