Appreciate the detailed troubleshooting on the part of the technician and the flexibility of completing one part of the repair to see if it fixed the issue before replacing additional parts. Also appreciate the shuttle service to and from the dealer as this is my only vehicle. Wrote an email with a few follow up questions a few days ago and hope to get a reply soon.

I met with Salesman Bob Jansen on Monday morning about 9:30, test drove a new Canyon they had just got it. Bob showed me all the new features in this vehicle before and during the test drive. I drove away from the dealer in my new truck about 12:30 very happy.

Adam the salesperson was great! No pressure helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!!! A+ to him!!!
